About me

I'm Solei Costa, founder of Conscious Relationships

My training as a therapist includes tools such as Jungian psychotherapy with a specialty in dream analysis, guided dreaming, myths and archetypes. I have always been fascinated by the hidden world of the subconscious mind and have tried to access it in various ways: through Tarot, Runes, the symbolic language of art, music, automatic writing and meditation.

In my practice, I offer a variety of tools and techniques, selecting the ones that better suit the needs of my clients. My work is Holistic, considering body, mind and spirit, oriented toward conscious evolution and growth.

My approach is Trauma Informed and I have 

five years experience working with survivors of emotional abuse, trauma, and toxic relationships.

I am bilingual, English and Spanish.
